No issue booking online. Pick up from hotel was on time with our driver Dominick explaining the order of the day . Tour guide Anna at Auschwitz is experienced and knowledgeable. Dropped back off at hotel, no issues, would recommend this company when in Krakow

excellent Auschwitz Museum trip. booked it online before we went and it was a very smooth process. we were picked up on time by the friendly driver and everything worked like clockwork. were also given a snack and drink halfway through the tour which meant not having to queue to buy our own. well recommended!

I booked for a group of 7 of us the Auschwitz tour and was not disappointed! Our driver was friendly and looked after us very well! The tour guide Jacob was brilliant the information he gave us was excellent and definitely made the tour!

Your Auschwitz and Salt Mine  tours were excellent and so were your personnel. Your staff were also very punctual and that includes your transfers to and from the airport. You provided a very professional service.

collected on time and the whole Auschwitz tour was very emotional and informative, however it would have been nice to stop for a coffee break maybe half way through, we was supplied with a sandwich and bottle of water but this wasn't given to us until the whole tour had finished some 6 hours after pickup

Very helpful and polite driver, mini bus to Auschwitz Museum was very clean and picked up and dropped off exactly on time. Was slightly sceptical with booking prior to travelling and paying up front, but absolutely nothing to worry about, very professional from start to finish and highly recommend. Of note though very warm clothing is required especially for winter visits and the ground surface is very rough and rocky, so good footwear is a necessity.

The driver to Auschwitz was on time for picking us up but he was not very flexible. The communicating was more commands than actual customer service related. The tour guide was very passonate about the issues she shared. On total well organized and it really was worth attending.

Very well organised tour to Auschwitz. Everything went smoothly from pickup to transfer to the guided part. Our guide Monika was very clear and had lots of facts and information about a very terrible subject. She was very respectful and factual. I would recommend Auschwitz tours for anyone considering visiting with a small group!

Excellent, used for two tours. 1st day for salt mines and 2nd day for Auschwitz tours. Both drivers very friendly. Easy to arrange and on time for pick up. If your looking for hassle free booking and tours then these are your guys

Very informative but sombre day at Auschwitz and Birkenau camps. Picked up on time , driver had good English. Would not hesitate to recommend Auschwitz Tours.

The tour from Krakow to Auschwitz and Birkenau camps was great! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the driver was very friendly. The only bit that was not great was that we did not really get time to have a look in the bookshops. We only got about 10minutes which is really not a lot considering how busy it gets and especially not if you also need to pop to the loo and/or grab a drink.

Superb few days in Krakow, two great trips organised through Aushwitz tours. Communism day and Auchwitz. Very diffrent, mixed emotions on the Auchwitz day as expected. Great fun on the communism day (but still learnt a lot of interesting facts - superb tour guide too) Thank you

Top marks for your service Yvonna was very nice. The sandwich and drink was a lovely touch thank you. The only downside to the Auschwitz tour was when we went to Birkenau the tour guide was rushing too much and couldn’t keep up with her. I appreciate there is a lot of walking but she didn’t give time for people who couldn’t walk so quick. A few people were struggling but my friend and I both left the group so never got the whole tour.

The whole day was beyond expectations. Transport to Auschwitz was punctual The guide was knowledgable and told the difficult histrory with empathy and humility. Thank you the memory of the day will be with us for a very long time

Our driver, Dominic, was waiting at our apartment at the stated time. The minibus was clean and comfortable. Dominic kept us very well informed of how the day would go. Our guide in Auschwitz, Anna, was fantastic and very informative. It can feel a bit rushed at times and there are barracks you do not get to visit on the tour, but the main ones you do. It is a thought provoking tour not to be missed.
