Was brilliant! So very well organised and the tines were for taxi pick ups were bang on time. Driver was lovely & couldn't do enough for us. Both Auschwitz Tours were great, headset idea was very good! The tour guide was lovely and was very knowledgeable.

Robert was an excellent driver and really friendly. The auswitch birkenau tour itself, we had a really good guide and it was interesting and also devastating at the same time.

The tour to Auschwitz museum was great in all sense. The driver was kind, and the tour guide excelente in all sense with unique information about some historical points and experience. I will highly recommend this service.

The overall service and communication from Auschwitz Tours was excellent. Our driver was prompt and helpful in getting us to the location and helping with entrance to the museum/camp.

This company were brilliant from start to finish ,it was very easy to book from England. The tour guide was on time and was very courtesy . The Birkenau & Auschwitz camp tour was fab and the driver was waiting for us when we had finished

Picked up very promptly. Driver was nice (although we all fell asleep on the way home). Auswitch Tour itself was very good and our driver did an excellent job of directing us once we arrived. No complaints but booking system and schedule information could be slightly improved.

Everything was perfect. The driver was very nice and he was on time. He took the tickets for us and we just had to listen to our guide. I also would like to thank people for all the explanations given before the journey. They were also very kind. I strongly recommend Auschwitz Tours and I will chose you if I come back to Krakow.

Our guide in Auschwitz was timely, professional, knowledgeable, and he spoke excellent English (we, shamefully, don't speak Polish). He was also extremely patient when we took a bit of extra time to visit a part of the camp that was a little further away, to pay respects to our relatives who were murdered there.

I used Auschwitz-tours for the Schindler’s List / Jewish Krakow walking tour and the Auschwitz/ Birkenau trip. The staff were FANTASTIC, the knowledge around the Jewish Quarter and answered our questions. I am going to return in December and I will be using this operator again

The driver (a young lady, sorry I don't know her name) was super nice and helpful, she was on time and very attentive to our needs. Excellent driver too. Her explanations for the Auschwitz  tour was on point and everything went smoothly. Great experience with your agency.

Excellent communication from start to finish. We had to cancel and rearrange our trip due to Covid - this was made so easy for us. Our tour was so well organised. Our driver was friendly and allowed extra time for us to stop for toilet/food breaks. I have no words for the Auschwitz tour. Our guide was amazing and shared his knowledge in such a respectful way. The salt mines was incredible. Couldn’t fault the company or experience and would 100% recommend them.

Great experience & service from start to finish. Friendly driver picked our party of 4 up on time from outside our hotel & took us to Auschwitz. He escorted us inside explaining what we had to do, then left & waited for us until our entire interesting but harrowing experience had finished. We were then dropped back outside our hotel. There are many other companies offering tours, but I would definately recommend Auschwitz Tours for their professionalism.

Excellent communication with the team. Pick up right on time and driver explained to everyone what to expect of the day. Auswitch Tour was great but bear in mind it is a tour of the camps rather than a historical tour. Driver and organising team were great. Would definitely recommend.

Booked 2 tours to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. Great service from start to finish. Had originally booked in April but had to cancel due to CV. Was provided with full refund at that time which was really appreciated. Just back from out trip and tours went really well. Courteous, professional driver who explained everything well and took the time to make sure our holiday ran smoothly. Thank you!!

We were picked up on time by a friendly and helpful driver. The journey to Auschwitz and Birkenau was around 1 hour 15 minutes and we felt safe and comfortable. The tour was very interesting and heart breaking at the same time. Our tour was cut short due to the coronavirus outbreak however we would rather be safe than sorry so fully understood this. Thank you for everything.

I was picked up exactly on time, the driver was very friendly and nice, the guide was absolutely fantastic. Having a sandwich and a bottle of water was even a better idea than I had thought. There wouldn't have been much time in Auschwitz to buy anything to drink or eat. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend the tour.
