Dear Bartek, My Father and I have just returned from a visit to Poland and want to comment on the excellent service we received from the drivers in your company. On arrival we were met by a most charming young man who drove us to our hotel...please thank him for us. Our next driver was Helen and our experience with her was excellent. She was so friendly and helpfull and was able to give us much information about life in Poland. This made our journey most enjoyable...please thank her also. Hello,  Thank you for good organization of the tours to the Salt Mines and Auschwitz. As you know did paid in cash after the tours. I did forget to tell you how we wanted to pay before we went to Krakow for our holiday. So we told the driver how we wanted to pay and I guess everything went out well. We want to thank the driver for taking good care of us and the guide in Auschwitz for excellent guiding. The guide in the Salt Mines could have been talking a little lauder and done the guiding with a bit more entusiasm. Except from this we also had a very nice tour to the Salt Mines. I will recommend your company to my friends parents who are going to Krakow in October. All the eight of us joining the tours with your company are very pleased. The driver did a excellent job!

Thank you again for making our memories of Poland fantastic!  Krysia and I truly enjoyed our private planned tours which made our trip exclusive.  A special thank you goes to Anna, Andrzej and Adam (our driver).  We are discussing the possibility of returning back to Krakow next year with our husbands.  So I will be in contact and looking forward to seeing more of Poland!

Hello,We used your company to visit Auschwitz last Monday - 7th Sept 08, we were picked up at the Abella Guest Rooms at 9am.  I just wanted to say that we would definitely use your company again if/when we visit Krakow and will be recommending you to our friends that visit.  I also wanted to say what a lovely driver we had, I didn't get his name but hope you can check from the date and time we were picked up.  He was a credit to your company!
