I would like to thank you for the EXCELLENT day at Auschwitz 1 and Birkenau last Tuesday (2.9.2014). We were fortunate enough to have Piotr to look after us. He was punctual,  friendly, polite and a joy to be with. The tour was wonderful and the lunch very suitable  and most welcome. We have just returned home from our trip to Krakow, and would like to express our appreciation for your companies help making our trip enjoyable, we were picked up at the airport and our tours to Auchwitz and the salt mines all went  as planned, the drivers were most friendly and helpful and we would ask you to pass on to them our sincere appreciation.

I have no word to express my appreciation to you and your driver. He was very kind. He was worried about the tour in Japanese, and asked the information staff to avoid any accident. He also talked to the Japanese guide, Mr. Nakatani for the schedule. Because we preferred to spend longer time for our Auschwitz Tour from Krakow than the schedule, he asked the guide of Salt Mine for early start and quick guide.
