I would like to thank you for the EXCELLENT day at Auschwitz 1 and Birkenau last Tuesday (2.9.2014). We were fortunate enough to have Piotr to look after us. He was punctual,  friendly, polite and a joy to be with. The tour was wonderful and the lunch very suitable  and most welcome. My niece and I were very impressed by the efficiency with which the whole day was organised. We haven't stopped telling everyone what a superb time we had. Unforgettable. Thanks again ....

We have just returned home from our trip to Krakow, and would like to express our appreciation for your companies help making our trip enjoyable, we were picked up at the airport and our tours to Auchwitz and the salt mines all went  as planned, the drivers were most friendly and helpful and we would ask you to pass on to them our sincere appreciation.

I have no word to express my appreciation to you and your driver. He was very kind. He was worried about the tour in Japanese, and asked the information staff to avoid any accident. He also talked to the Japanese guide, Mr. Nakatani for the schedule. Because we preferred to spend longer time for our Auschwitz Tour from Krakow than the schedule, he asked the guide of Salt Mine for early start and quick guide. Hi Tomek I just wanted to say a big thank you to yourself and your drivers for the trips and airport transfers you arranged.  We thoroughly enjoyed both the trips and the guides were excellent.  The mini buses were great and so were the drivers (Just a bit of confusion about paying for the mini bus to the airport when we were dropped off, but was sorted!!). Thank you once again, we all had a great time and I would definitely recommend you to our friends and family.

Hi there, I just wanted to say what an excellent service you supply. The three of us were picked up from the airport and dropped off at the hotel very promptly and v.v. and the driver was very polite. Also we went on the Auschwitz Tour which was very well organised, and again the driver was excellent. The tourguide was excellent and we were glad that we had her to take us through Auschwitz, because she could tell  us so many things extra. The lunch was excellent. Also the Jewish district, the Getto and Schindler tour was excellent organised. It was very interesting  and the tourguide took us to many special places and could tell us so much more than what was written in books. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, and I will be recommending you to all my family, friends and colleagues. Because of our stories some of  them are planning to book at your compagny soon. Even we are planning to go  back to Krakow in the future, because it's such a nice and friendly city.
