Very interesting and eye opening day. Everything was brilliant. We were picked up in time from our hotel and was dropped back there. Our driver and Auschwitz tour guide were friendly and knowledgable and lunch was even included

Thankyou for managing our recent trip to Kracow and ensuring that all the trips were well planned, great communication so we knew exactly where we were to be and firm times. We booked our airport transfers with you and were collected as promised by Adam who was very helpful and informative. We went to Auschwitz and and again our driver was prompt and informative. He trip to the salt mines was excellent. The pickup and return was on time and again the driver was lovely. Our final transfer to Kracow airport was on time and our driver was happy to help me with my heavy luggage. I can highly recommend Auschwitz - Tours and would definitely use them again.

Good communication from booking site confirming tour information and collection times for hotel pick up. Driver was on time and polite. Personally found the tour rushed especially around Auschwitz, we were joined into a group who were also booked to go to salt mines and we felt all the timings were to fit around them. The tour in the Auschwitz was informative and it helped having the audio sets but in Auschwitz Birkenau these weren't available and we couldn't hear hardly anything the tour guide said, she would start talking before the whole group was together.

Thank you so much for your efficient and friendly professional service, we were collected at airport by a lovely lady, and she returned us safely to airport from our hotel en route home. We were also collected from our hotel for our day trip by a great driver and returned afterwards, the tour guide was a lovely girl and all were so full of stories and information, thank you once again for making our trip to Krakow, Auschwitz and Poland hassle free and for the guidance of your drivers and tour guides. Definitely recommend this company not one negative all positive thank you

After the initial disappointment of not picking us up for the tour to Auschwitz and Birkenau on the 23rd as booked we embarked on the rearranged tour on the 24th. The day was perfect from start to finish, the driver excellent and spot on time, the vehicle clean and very comfortable. The Tour Guides were excellent and should be commended on a job well done, they really know their job.

Everything went well. However, the guide in Auschwitz camp should have been a bit more interactive and elaborative. Almost all she spoke was known to me, but I had expected more from her that cannot be found in the books. Entire tour was in a rush, I wish I had some more time, at least an hour and half more in total. Nevertheless, it was a dream come true and surely recommend to others.

Our driver was punctual and polite. The guide was great - so knowledgeable. It is very hard to to attend the venues without a tour guide due to the vast amounts of visitors and everyone in large tour groups. We had 45 mins spare once arriving at the salt mines which was nice to recharge in a local restaurant and have a wonder round the souvenir stall. Would definitely recommend Auschwitz Tours.

Driver promptly arrived and was there a few minutes earlier than expected. He was very helpful and pleasant. Gave us time to have a comfort break whilst he organised our Auschwitz tickets and showed us where to meet our guide. The guide was very informative. The driver gave us sandwich and drink before going to next camp. Would highly recommend this company. Communication was great from start to finish.

Overall an excellent experience, the tour to Auswitch was exceptional, the guide was fantastic. Only thing I would say is the driver was a bit rude at times and his driving was a bit racey !! But still a 5* experience

Very well run trip. Friendly driver who kept us informed all day. Lunch was a nice touch - queue for the cafe was very long so it’s unlikely we’d have enough time to eat without it. Picked up exactly when they said and handy to be dropped back off at our hotel! Thank you!!

Fantastic. Great to have a small group together for a full day of touring. Our host Michael was excellent and told us a lot about the history of krakow and Poland as we were driving along. He really made the tour much more memorable.

We were initially put off by the Auschwitz 8 hour tour and were pleased that we perservered as it was well organised and did not involve lengthy waits for other members of the tour(a first)-and we were back in exactly 6 hours.

We booked the auschwitz and Wieliczka salt mines tours. We were very pleased with both of them. Nice drivers and minibuses on both tour's. We also booked our airport transfers and had a lovely lady driver both ways.

Superb from pick up to drop off. Would highly recommend. Our driver was really friendly and happy. The tour guide in the auswitch birkenau museumwas very well informed and very helpful. We learnt so much more than we thought we knew. Will definitely use your service next time. And the cheese sandwich for lunch was a lovely touch, thank you.

Eight of us used Auschwitz-Tours and not one of us could think of one thing to complain of.The service was first class.On time at our pick up spot,vehicles where immaculate,the drivers very polite and accommodating and our tour guides at the sites spot on.We would not hesitate to use this company again.

Our Driver was on time, pleasant and helpful the guide they used was excellent and we have a very good day, our taxi driver was a lovely lady who spoke to us about many things and told us a lot of useful things. I would definitely recommend Auschwitz Tours for both trips and transfers

The whole auschwitz tour experience was well really well organised. Easy pick up from our apartment and dropped back off . The tour itself was fantastic and very informative. Would definitely recommend using this company! Thanks again.

Picked up on time.Driver took us to our Auswitch tour guide who toured us around with excellent knowledge.Stopped for a short break and transferred to next part of trip where we met with the same tour guid who took us through the final part of tour.Fantastic guide,great transfer guide.Eye opening and well worth tour.

The tour guides at Auschwitz / Auswitch -Birkenau and the Salt mines were exceptional and provided a great commentary. Joanna, our guide Auschwitz /  Auswitch-Birkenau was respectful to those who had lost their lives. By contrast the driver was rude and abrupt. On arrival at the Salt mines he informed us that we were early (by an hour!) and that he had booked us a table at a restaurant next door to the car park. We hadn't been consulted, and we weren't asked what we would like to do (I had noticed there were a few other shops and restaurants down the road that we could've visited). It was disappointing as everything else had been so good.
