I have used Auschwitz Tours on several occasions whilst visiting Krakow. Even though I primarily used them for a tour of Auschwitz, I have also used them for all my airport transfers and Salt Mine tour. As a company I have always found them to be prompt, proffessional and friendly, with this in mind I have had no issues in recommending them to many work colleagues and friends who are visiting the area.

The service was fantastic. We were picked up on time directly outside our accommodation and the driver was friendly and informative. When we arrived everything was smooth with no waiting around. Our guide was knowledgeable and created the perfect experience in such a solemn place. Would definitely recommend.

Visited from Liverpool, used the company to go shooting & auschwitz, as well as providing our airport transfers would recommend, always there and waiting at the specified time, polite and spoke english, all at a decent price.

We had a great trip. Our driver arrived on time at a very easy to find location near our apartment, was very helpful and informative, and made sure we got the most out of our time! He even made reservations for us at a resturant between sights so we weren't out in the cold weather! I would recommend this tour to any of my friends who are visiting Krakow in the future!

We have just returned from 3 nights in Kraków. We booked 2 guided trips, one to Auschwitz and the other to the Salt Mines. I cannot recommend Auschwitz tours enough. Booking was fast and easy, the professionalism from the office staff to drivers was impeccable. We were collected on time on both days directly from our hotel in the old town in smart and comfortable 8 seater people carriers. On each trip the drivers were very friendly, polite and accommodating. The trips themselves were all and more as described on our confirmation emails. Completely stress free. I would recommend without a doubt to anyone visiting to book through Auschwitz Tours. Thank you so much!

Booked the Auschwitz Tour with this company and would thoroughly recommend them. We booked the tour in advance via their website, booking was easy and communication was great. Everything went exactly to plan and as arranged. Got picked up in the morning, taken to Auschwitz, had guided tour of both camps which was moving and extremely informative, we were given a bottle of water & sandwich for lunch. After the tour the driver drove us back to our hotel. If your visiting in winter months definitely wrap up warm and wear good waterproof footwear.

The tour was brilliant, driver and guide both very polite and knowledgeable. The lunch is literally a cheese sandwich and a bottle of water so prepare to buy yourself something. Between the visit to Auschwitz and the salt mine there is time to visit a restaurant by the salt mine - something we were not aware of.

We had an excellent trip with Aushwitz Tours. From start to finish it was very well organised and all transitions were very smooth. Mateusz was outside ready to meet us bang on time and the whole day ran to perfect schedule. Mateusz was friendly and helpful. Our guide at Auschwitz was just amazing. He struck just the right tone and was incredibly knowledgeable. The whole experience was incredibly harrowing and moving, and it is not one I will ever forget.

Outstanding service. Always on time for pick-ups and the drivers were so courteous and helpful. Very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend this company if visiting Krakow. Will definitely use them again.

Our driver arrived on time in a lovely 8 seater minibus and took us to all the venues we had booked and even waited when I got lost and was worried the minibus would go without us ,First Class!

Paulina was wonderful on our Shindler List Tour....very knowledgeable and friendly. Voltek was a great leader of our trip to Auschwitz/Birkenau and took care of all our needs exceptionally well. have had an auschwitz tour from Krakow on my"to do" list for some time. The visit was extremely diturbing but I must congratulate you, and perticularly the very informed guide we had on the balanced and objective approach taken. One cannot but remain appalled at what took place.

We Booked online for the full day trip which included the camps and salt mines in one day. I was slightly apprehensive about but what a thoroughly enjoyable  full packed day. We only had a short stay and this trip is best suited for those who want to experience the camps and salt mines in one day. We were Picked up at 8.40 on the dot as promised from outside our apartment. Drive in a clean and comfortable small mini bus to Auschwitz 1 and Auschwitz II-Birkenau, Then onto the salt mines .There was No fuss at all, the day was planned efficiently. We were issued a packed lunch which contains a roll, and a bottle of water after visiting the first camp (auschwitz) Our driver also had a table booked on a cute little bar outside the salt mines before we went in for our tour.We were introduced to our  guild by the driver at the camps and issued head phones and a radio to allow us to walk around freely with our guild and be able to hear her. She who spoke perfect English and had exceptionally good knowledge of both camps. In fact you answered every question given to her and was informative throughout the day. A throughly enjoyable full packed day and suited us perfectly.  Thank you for a great trip

Just a quick  note to say thank you for the service we received during our stay in Krakow.
