I am just writing to say a big thank you to your company for the service that you provided for us. We were picked up from the airport on time and also returned to the airport on time. It is unusual to find such promptness.   The trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau & the Wieliczka Salt Mines was amazing. Helena was a very good host and gave us lots of local information. You booked an Auschwitz tour on January 9th for my sons Mike and Jeff McKee.They thought the tour was excellent and as a result my husband and I want to do the same tour. Before I book the flight and hotel in Krakow could you confirm that there is space for us to do the same Auschwitz/Birkenau tour that my sons took. Thank you.This all worked very well for pick up and return to the airport. A very efficient and courteous service from a very friendly and nice taxi driver - 'Andrew' is probably the most friendly and helpful taxi driver in the world! He treated my wife and three daughters with great respect and deserves great credit for the way he goes about his job. Over and above his job he taught us a lot about the Krakow area before we had even arrived at the hotel.When we return to Krakow - a fabulous city we will ask for Andrew again. To start our trip with him and finish it with him was a privelege....and I have never before written about a taxi driver in this way!

Thank you for your part in making our short stay in Poland so good. The 4 events we booked with your company really were brilliant - having the taxis for the journey to and from the airport - very punctual too - made the start of our break relaxed and the end of the few days more pleasant. Please convey thanks to Simon for these trips and the trip to the salt mine. He is an excellent driver and very polite and pleasant too.our trip to Auschwitz was of course memorable in a different way and again your driver was excellent. She was punctual and her instructions and advice were excellent - she told us where she would be - and was there waiting for us. Please thank her too. We really enjoyed spending time in your country and my daughter would like to do the same excursion with me next year. if we do, I shall be in touch.
