Super professionnel !! Nous avons pris auschwitz tours pour nos transferts aéroport/hôtel ainsi que pour les excursions à Auschwitz et aux mines de sel. Les chauffeurs toujours à l heure ( même en avance), pour aller à Auschwitz nous avons même eu un petit film da's la. Voiture ! Ils nous accompagne jusqu a l entree, en nous expliquant l organisation des visites... La fils d entrée pour auschwitz étant assez longue, il est même venu nous rechercher dans la fils pour nous faire rentrer directement !! Service parfait !!

I would recommend this. Collected on time at the hotel. We were informed on where to go on arrival at Auschwitz. The Auschwitz tour guide they had arranged for Auschwitz - Birkenau she was fantastic. I hope you get the same guide. Also got a bottle of water and a roll for lunch. Worth booking

Friendly driver, punctual, very comfortable and clean 5 seat vehicle. Most informative tour of Auschwitz/ Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt Mine. Driver walked us to tour meeting point from car park at each venue , provided tickets and stayed until tour guides began the official tour. Excellent service.

Thank you so much for the service your company provided from beginning to end of the Auschwitz tour. Our driver Andre/Andrew picked us up from the hotel on time, drove us to the concentration camp and escorted us to the various locations to meet our tour guide (cannot recall her name). Our tour guide was exceptional - knowledgeable and guided us along the tour at a good pace. Lunch was provided. The Auschwitz tour was emotional and heart rending. A must do if one can afford to do so. Our driver, Andre, once again took us back to the hotel safely and timely.

The young man who escorted us by small van was on time and very courteous and made sure we knew what would happen and where and when he would meet us during the day. The tour guide at Auschwitz and Birkanau, David,was excellent, very calm and knowledgeable and thoughtful commentary. The nice sandwich and water was welcomed so we could get on with the tour and not be held up as the sites were very busy but they seem to flow well despite the crowds. I am glad I went. Comfortable transport. I highly recommend this tour company.

Auschwitz Tour was very good and well organised and exact. Only thing was schedule, it was very tight. We hope, that there is time to eat lunch some moment. Now we have only 10 minutes breaks, it is not enough. Tour in Auscwitz was also a little bit too long. But thanks for the great tour and our driver, he is professional

The Auschwitz tour was extremely difficult to do, but essential if visiting Poland. The guide did an excellent job of stating the facts with sensitivity. The site was extremely crowded but the organization into small groups with individual headphones made you forget the other people.

Der E-Mail-Verkehr mit Auschwitz-Tours, um die Reservierungsnummer zu bekommen, hat wunderbar geklappt. Auch Nachfragen wurden wirklich innerhalb von 24 Std. beantwortet. Die Abholung durch den Driver des Minivan war pünktlich. Die Organisation auf dem Museumsgelände war gut gewährleistet, was bei den vielen Besuchergruppen nicht so einfach ist. Eine Verzehr-Pause vor dem Transfer nach Birkenau (3 km) mit belegtem Baguette und Getränk war enthalten. Rückkehr einwandfrei! Lediglich für die Barzahlung beim Driver hätte ich mir eine Quittung gewünscht.

Well run and pick-up was punctual. The Auschwitz Museum guide was very knowledgeable but size of our group was too large and sometimes too rushed to take pictures. Overall great although sandwiches could be improved from simple white bread.

The Auschwitz tour was very well organised and pick up from the hotel was prompt. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Even the cheese sandwich was tasty! Well worth it!

It was a full on day , but was very efficiently organised. Our driver to Auschwitz camps was very punctual and ensured we were in the right place at the right time for our guided tours and the guide was very informative. Sometimes we felt a little rushed particularly at Birkenau, but I guess that is because of the tight schedule. Would highly recommend this company for the trip. The salt mines was a great way to finish the trip.
