  Dear Bartek I can't remember the name of the lady who took us to Auschwitz last Monday, but on the way back we were all trying to remember the name of a comedy film actor from America - I think he was -GENE WILDER!   Bonjour, Je tenais à vous envoyer un mail pour vous dire que notre journée de visites du lundi 31 octobre s'est très bien passée.  Nous avons été très contents de notre chauffeur, Paul, qui était vraiment très sympathique et serviable. Les guides étaient aussi très bien, tant à Auschwitz-Birkenau qu'à la mine de sel. Le seul point "négatif" fut le repas. Vous m'aviez parlé de sandwiches et d'eau que nous n'avons pas eus. Paul nous a emmené dans un restaurant près de la mine de sel (où nous avons bien mangé) vers 15 h. Peut-être devriez-vous prévenir vos futurs clients d'emmener un en-cas et une boisson car le repas est pris fort tard.  Je vous remercie pour la bonne organisation de cette journée et n'hésiterai pas à vous recommander.  Sabine Mignon  

Bartak Sorry to have not sent this email before but computer problems have caused the delay. I would like to thank you and all of your drivers for a speedy and efficient service and especially the young lady who drove us to Auschwitz who I spent most of the journey talking to as I sat in the front seat. She was very knowledgeable about anything I asked her and she kept me entertained all the way. Regards, Paul

  I'd just like to thank you for organinsing our trips to Wieliczka and Zakopane. Both were superb and we enjoyed them very much. May I also pass on our thanks yet again and a special mention for Beata whom we spent the daya with in Zakopane - she was such a lovely lady, so knowledeable, professional, kind and generous - she made the day extra special.   Bye bye, and will be in touch again next time we are in Poland for another trip.  :-0  

Our tour to Zakopane on Friday September 16th was a real success and very much so thanks to our expert guide Beata Paprocka. We will certainly recommend your organisation and Beata to all our friends who plan to visit Krakow.   Will you please convey our thanks and best regards to her.

I am just writing to say a big thank you to your company for the service that you provided for us. We were picked up from the airport on time and also returned to the airport on time. It is unusual to find such promptness.   The trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau & the Wieliczka Salt Mines was amazing. Helena was a very good host and gave us lots of local information. Although it was avery long day we thoroughly enjoyed it.   We will return to Krakow and I would have no hesitation in employing your services again.   Thank you so much   June, Dean, Pat & Keith.

You booked an Auschwitz tour on January 9th for my sons Mike and Jeff McKee.They thought the tour was excellent and as a result my husband and I want to do the same tour. Before I book the flight and hotel in Krakow could you confirm that there is space for us to do the same Auschwitz/Birkenau tour that my sons took. The date that we want for the tour is Thursday, April 14 for 2 persons.Thanking you in advance.

Thank you.This all worked very well for pick up and return to the airport. A very efficient and courteous service from a very friendly and nice taxi driver - 'Andrew' is probably the most friendly and helpful taxi driver in the world! He treated my wife and three daughters with great respect and deserves great credit for the way he goes about his job. Over and above his job he taught us a lot about the Krakow area before we had even arrived at the hotel.When we return to Krakow - a fabulous city we will ask for Andrew again. To start our trip with him and finish it with him was a privelege....and I have never before written about a taxi driver in this way!

Thank you for your part in making our short stay in Poland so good. The 4 events we booked with your company really were brilliant - having the taxis for the journey to and from the airport - very punctual too - made the start of our break relaxed and the end of the few days more pleasant. Please convey thanks to Simon for these trips and the trip to the salt mine. He is an excellent driver and very polite and pleasant too.our trip to Auschwitz was of course memorable in a different way and again your driver was excellent. She was punctual and her instructions and advice were excellent - she told us where she would be - and was there waiting for us. Please thank her too. We really enjoyed spending time in your country and my daughter would like to do the same excursion with me next year. if we do, I shall be in touch.
