The tour from Krakow to Auschwitz and Birkenau camps was great! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the driver was very friendly. The only bit that was not great was that we did not really get time to have a look in the bookshops. We only got about 10minutes which is really not a lot considering how busy it gets and especially not if you also need to pop to the loo and/or grab a drink.

Excellent service, friendly drivers. Used the company for Auschwitz tour and airport transfers. Would definitely recommend.

Superb few days in Krakow, two great trips organised through Aushwitz tours. Communism day and Auchwitz. Very diffrent, mixed emotions on the Auchwitz day as expected. Great fun on the communism day (but still learnt a lot of interesting facts - superb tour guide too) Thank you

Top marks for your service Yvonna was very nice. The sandwich and drink was a lovely touch thank you. The only downside to the Auschwitz tour was when we went to Birkenau the tour guide was rushing too much and couldn’t keep up with her. I appreciate there is a lot of walking but she didn’t give time for people who couldn’t walk so quick. A few people were struggling but my friend and I both left the group so never got the whole tour.

The whole day was beyond expectations. Transport to Auschwitz was punctual The guide was knowledgable and told the difficult histrory with empathy and humility. Thank you the memory of the day will be with us for a very long time

Our driver, Dominic, was waiting at our apartment at the stated time. The minibus was clean and comfortable. Dominic kept us very well informed of how the day would go. Our guide in Auschwitz, Anna, was fantastic and very informative. It can feel a bit rushed at times and there are barracks you do not get to visit on the tour, but the main ones you do. It is a thought provoking tour not to be missed.

Notre visite s’est bien déroulée le prix est un peu élevé mais on nous prend à l’hôtel et nous ramène à celui-ci de plus on nous amène directement à notre guide francophone une fois sur place ( pas besoin d’attendre à l’entrée ). Malgré notre retard l’agence nous a contacté pour nous informer que le chauffeur nous attendait. Agence sérieuse, je recommande .

This tour is a must for anyone visiting the area, although in a strange way as it was such a tragic story. The pick up driver was very pleasant throughout. The actual Auschwitz tour guide was so good at her job, we felt that you could hear the emotion in her voice when she was explaining what occurred at both camps. She really made you understand how these poor people suffered. There were things that occurred that I didn’t know and made the whole tour very thought provoking. The tour company were spot on in every way and when returning to Kracow will certainly use again to book another tour.

We have a Wonderful experience throughout the trip to Auschwitz museum/Wieliczka Salt Mine. The driver is so friendly and professional. We will highly recommend this tour to my friends. Thanks Auschwitz Tours

Excellent tour from start to finish. Easy to arrange and pay. Driver pick from accommodation who was polite and helpful. Tour itself was excellent with a guide who was son informative. Well planned.

Excellent service. We were picked up on time & the driver Robert told us exactly how long the journey & the tour would take. We also had a sandwich and water provided. The Auschwitz Tour was excellent. Would recommend this trip but would advise not to do another excursion on the same day as it is quite tiring.

I thought the service was excellent, the transportation was on time and the driver polite. I thought the tour guide for want of another word was excellent, her knowledge was second to none and her delivery was perfect. I liked the fact we had the same guide for both Auschwitz and Birkenau. Bonjour, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'excursion prise avec votre agence. Le service est irréprochable, le chauffeur était à l'heure juste au pied de l'hôtel, très gentil, et nous nous sentons privilégiés. Le film dans le minivan est une très bonne idée. Visite d'Auschwtiz Birkenau parfait, très intéressant, guide parlant bien français. Pour résumé une très bonne organisation, de bons services, je recommanderai vos services sans aucun doute. Would highly recommend. A group of 6 of us did the salt mines tour on one day and then the Auschwitz tour on another day. We had the same driver (Dominic) on both days and he was fantastic. Prompt arrival, very informative and kept us all organised! He was very friendly too. He personally handed us over to our guides at each venue and it was all so easy for us! The tours themselves were incredible. Would recommend to everyone visiting Kraków.

Very good service from enquiry , booking and the tour itself. Transport was excellent and well organised. Pick up and return door to door. Although it’s wrong to say the tour of Auschwitz 1&2 is great based on the significance of what happened there. I can say that it’s very poignant and informative. Our tour guide should be especially commended for getting across the significance of what happened in a very engaging way. Lunch was provided which was more than adequate. I would highly recommend Auschwitz tours to any prospective visitor.

Very well organised. We were picked up from our hotel and brought straight to Auschwitz. The driver was very nice and friendly. Tour guide at Auschwitz was very good. Before the transfer to Birkenau we had a short break where a sandwich roll and water was provided. Nothing special but very welcome. A very good tour. Good value.

Great service looked after from leaving our hotel to Auschwitz then to the Salt Mines and back to the hotel.
