Auschwitz-Birkenau besucht. Sie hatten mir eine deutschsprachige Führung zur
Verfügung gestellt. Auf diesem Weg wollte ich mich bei Ihnen herzlich
bedanken. Die Dame, deren Name ich leider vergessen habe, hat uns ganz
hervorragend geführt. Details im Wissen, empfindsam, interessant. Bitte
richten Sie ihr das aus, dass wir sehr dankbar waren ihr angesichts dieses
schweren Weges begegnet zu sein.
Ihnen wünsche ich ein glückliches Neues Jahr, und  dass Sie und Ihre
Kolleginnen und Kollegen vor allem jungen Menschen begegnen, denen Sie mit
ihren Führungen klar machen, dass die Gegenwart und die Zukunft Europas so
eine Tragödie nie wieder möglich werden  lässt.

My husband and I went with Aushwitz-Tours last Thursday, 15 December.  Helena was our driver for the day to Aushwitz and also Wieliczka Salt Mine.  We very much enjoyed the day, and Helena was a punctual and pleasant guide, and a careful driver.

We would like to send something to Helena.  We could send this to her at Auschwitz-Tours (please could you provide your mailing address), or you could please give her my email address and she could contact me directly?

If we know people who are planning to visit Krakow, we will certainly recommend Auschwitz-Tours.

Dear Sir,
This mail to thank you for the organisation of our day-trip .  Everything was perfect.
We had a very nice and smily driver and in auschwitz we had an exceptionnal good guide.  Her name is Martha bielska. She spoke very well french
and told us the horror of the camps with very delicate words. I will surely recommand her to other people!!  also in the salt mine our guide was excellent.

Monday, but on the way back we were all trying to remember the name of 
a comedy film actor from America - I think he was -GENE WILDER!

Bonjour, Je tenais à vous envoyer un mail pour vous dire que notre journée de visites du lundi 31 octobre s'est très bien passée. 

Nous avons été très contents de notre chauffeur, Paul, qui était vraiment très sympathique et serviable. Les guides étaient aussi très bien, tant à Auschwitz-Birkenau qu'à la mine de sel. Le seul point "négatif" fut le repas. Vous m'aviez parlé de sandwiches et d'eau que nous n'avons pas eus. Paul nous a emmené dans un restaurant près de la mine de sel (où nous avons bien mangé) vers 15 h. Peut-être devriez-vous prévenir vos futurs clients d'emmener un en-cas et une boisson car le repas est pris fort tard. 

Je vous remercie pour la bonne organisation de cette journée et n'hésiterai pas à vous recommander.

Sorry to have not sent this email before but computer problems have caused 
the delay. I would like to thank you and all of your drivers for a speedy 
and efficient service and especially the young lady who drove us to 
Auschwitz who I spent most of the journey talking to as I sat in the front 
seat. She was very knowledgeable about anything I asked her and she kept me 
entertained all the way.

Today I got my new computer installed, reason for why you havn’t heard from me before now.Your guide has right – my group as well as my self was VERY satisfied with the guides, the tours and the food.  The evening in town was a very nice one.  Thank you so much for what you have done – I am very happy on behalf of my self and the group.

I am just writing to say a big thank you to your company for the service that you provided for us.
We were picked up from the airport on time and also returned to the airport on time. It is unusual to find such promptness.
 
The trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau & the Wieliczka Salt Mines was amazing. Helena was a very good host and gave us lots of local information. Although it was avery long day we thoroughly enjoyed it.
 
We will return to Krakow and I would have no hesitation in employing your services again.

You booked an Auschwitz tour on January 9th for my sons Mike and Jeff McKee.They thought the tour was excellent and as a result my husband and I want to do the same tour. Before I book the flight and hotel in Krakow could you confirm that there is space for us to do the same Auschwitz/Birkenau tour that my sons took.
