The driver picked us up right outside of our hostel (even though we had reserved the tour when we were planning on staying in a different place, I emailed the company and it was no problem changing the pick-up location) Our driver got us to Auschwitz right on time, and helped us get into part of a tour group. After the tour of Auschwitz 1, our driver was waiting right outside the gate with a sandwich and water so we weren't starving to wall around Birkenau. We were picked up and dropped off right outside our hostel and it was a very well organized tour service. If I ever go back to Auschwitz, I will use this tour service for sure. (Thanks to Jack, our driver, for making it such a great experience.)

Hello, We were on your tour on March 5, 2018. The tour was fantastic and we were so glad we were able to experience this history. We were not happy with the driver though. He ate while driving (3 apples), talked on the phone, and played loud music. The van was full and two of us had to sit very cramped in the front. He showed me how to work our side of the heat and then when I went to adjust it, he pushed my hand away. He should never touch a guest. He also would not allow me to put the armrest down even though I was uncomfortable sitting that close to him. He should be spoken to about more appropriate and professional behavior. Thank you.

Excellent company from start to finish. Booked trips and airport transfers. Polite drivers, clean vehicles, exceptional value for money. Guides provided at trips were very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. If we return to Krakow would definitely use them again.

Amazing but a very moving trip! That I will never forget for life! We visited Auschwitz on the 25th Feb 2018. We were picked up from The Queen boutique hotel taken to both camps which brought tears to my eyes! Given a packed lunch which was nice! Something about your bread & cheese that is yummy! We have just arrived back from temperatures of -12 Which made our trip more overwhelming! As they suffered badly! They lady who took us around both camps gave us an excellent tour & explained everything clearly! We will be back next year! Thank you Tracy & Graham Brighton England

Pleasant prompt driver comfortable driver. Excellent tour guide to say enjoyed is wrong as the site and what went on there is totally depraved wicked but glad I've been. She was informed honest and explained how the camps developed . Would recommend the trip to all those interested in this part of all our history

On time, excellent service. The only issue was with the salt mine tour driver who didn't have change for the notes I offered and almost refused to take me at one point. When I asked what should I do he replied I don't know. It was sorted in the end but wasn't a good start. The driver for the Auschwitz tour was excellent. Both good value and would use you again.

Words cannot express the reality this tour brings to the plight of all the innocent people exterminated during this atrocious time in History. Our guide made it a very respectful tour and for me it was a Pilgrimage that all people of the world should visit.

I have used Auschwitz Tours on several occasions whilst visiting Krakow. Even though I primarily used them for a tour of Auschwitz, I have also used them for all my airport transfers and Salt Mine tour. As a company I have always found them to be prompt, proffessional and friendly, with this in mind I have had no issues in recommending them to many work colleagues and friends who are visiting the area.

The service was fantastic. We were picked up on time directly outside our accommodation and the driver was friendly and informative. When we arrived everything was smooth with no waiting around. Our guide was knowledgeable and created the perfect experience in such a solemn place. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great trip. Our driver arrived on time at a very easy to find location near our apartment, was very helpful and informative, and made sure we got the most out of our time! He even made reservations for us at a resturant between sights so we weren't out in the cold weather! I would recommend this tour to any of my friends who are visiting Krakow in the future!

We have just returned from 3 nights in Kraków. We booked 2 guided trips, one to Auschwitz and the other to the Salt Mines. I cannot recommend Auschwitz tours enough. Booking was fast and easy, the professionalism from the office staff to drivers was impeccable. We were collected on time on both days directly from our hotel in the old town in smart and comfortable 8 seater people carriers. On each trip the drivers were very friendly, polite and accommodating. The trips themselves were all and more as described on our confirmation emails. Completely stress free. I would recommend without a doubt to anyone visiting to book through Auschwitz Tours. Thank you so much!

Booked the Auschwitz Tour with this company and would thoroughly recommend them. We booked the tour in advance via their website, booking was easy and communication was great. Everything went exactly to plan and as arranged. Got picked up in the morning, taken to Auschwitz, had guided tour of both camps which was moving and extremely informative, we were given a bottle of water & sandwich for lunch. After the tour the driver drove us back to our hotel. If your visiting in winter months definitely wrap up warm and wear good waterproof footwear.

The tour was brilliant, driver and guide both very polite and knowledgeable. The lunch is literally a cheese sandwich and a bottle of water so prepare to buy yourself something. Between the visit to Auschwitz and the salt mine there is time to visit a restaurant by the salt mine - something we were not aware of.

We had an excellent trip with Aushwitz Tours. From start to finish it was very well organised and all transitions were very smooth. Mateusz was outside ready to meet us bang on time and the whole day ran to perfect schedule. Mateusz was friendly and helpful. Our guide at Auschwitz was just amazing. He struck just the right tone and was incredibly knowledgeable. The whole experience was incredibly harrowing and moving, and it is not one I will ever forget.

Our driver arrived on time in a lovely 8 seater minibus and took us to all the venues we had booked and even waited when I got lost and was worried the minibus would go without us ,First Class!
